We made these cute s’mores pops for a baby shower celebrating our first niece. The pops went over so well that we just had to share with you.

Making S’mores Pops

To make s’mores pops, you will need:

Marshmallows Chocolate Graham crackers Lollipop sticks — here are some online 2 to 3 plastic mugs

That will make your basic s’more pop, but you could have some fun and do so much more. Think about adding a drizzle of white or dark chocolate, some crushed peppermint candies instead of the crushed graham crackers or dip into sprinkles. To help drying without getting chocolate all over your kitchen, try this: poke holes into the bottom of plastic cups. Invert the cups and then slide the wet pops into each hole. And that’s it, easy fun s’mores pops perfect for baby showers and birthday parties. Recipe updated, originally posted February 2010. Since posting this in 2010, we have tweaked the recipe to be more clear. – Adam and Joanne 20 marshmallows 6 graham crackers, crushed 20 lollipop sticks 5 to 6 plastic cups to help with drying 2Push 1 marshmallow onto each lollipop stick. Add crushed graham crackers to a plate. 3Add chocolate chips to a microwave-safe bowl and heat in the microwave for 20 seconds. After 20 seconds remove the bowl and stir the chocolate chips. Place the bowl back into the microwave for another 20 seconds and stir again. Repeat process until melted. 4Working quickly, dip each marshmallow into the chocolate and roll in crushed graham crackers. Slide the s’mores pops into the upside down plastic cups and wait until the chocolate hardens, about 10 minutes.
