Transfer all the ingredients except the pistachios to a heavy bottomed pan and keep on medium fire until melted and blended well. Throw in the pistas and gently mix well until it all comes together. Don’t cook for more than 5 minutes. Spread this in a 9″ pan lined with aluminium foil. You can use a smaller pan if you want thicker pieces. Cool to room temperature and set in the fridge until the fudge is firm. Cut into desired pieces and freeze.
