Oven roasted green beans are a delicious side dish—sweet, tender, and so easy to make! Roasting might be my favorite way to cook fresh green beans. If you’ve never tried roasting them, you should! I love keeping it simple with just oil, salt, and pepper. But if you’re feeling adventurous, add garlic and capers for a burst of flavor.

What to Serve With Roasted Green Beans
I love these beans with creamy mashed potatoes and rich brown gravy. They’re also fantastic alongside pan-seared skillet pork chops with their crispy, golden crust. We use the same garlic and caper magic in our baked salmon recipe. Trust me, these beans and that salmon are a match made in heaven!
